This program, taught by instructors from the Department of Mathematics at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, is designed for secondary students with strong mathematical potential and interest. Through mathematical problem-solving, students develop advanced thinking skills, independent learning habits, creativity, confidence, and resilience in tackling complex challenges. The course also promotes positive learning attitudes, lifelong learning, and peer collaboration. Students are placed into junior or senior secondary groups according to their abilities and must pass a pre-course assessment and receive recommendation for admission. A certificate is awarded upon passing the post-course assessment. We are pleased that nine students successfully passed both assessments and they are:
