Through the Applied Learning course organized by the Vocational Training Council (VTC), students develop professional Western catering skills in a specialized learning environment. During practical sessions at VTC, students gain hands-on experience in preparing classic Western pastries, mastering coffee brewing techniques, and learning the art of mixing non-alcoholic beverages and cooking authentic Western dishes. By practicing various professional recipes, students not only refine their food handling skills but also gain a comprehensive understanding of Western culinary standards and industry operations.
