Project Lighthouse Study Tour on Space Technology

Two students of our school's Project Lighthouse — Leonardo Da Silva(5B) and Kaur Manjot (5C) — were selected to join the Study Tour on Space Technology in Beijing, organised by the Shine Tak Foundation, from 27 July to 1 August 2026.

During the six-day tour, they visited national-level aerospace research institutions including the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, the Beijing Air and Space Museum, Beijing Aerospace Town and the China Academy of Space Technology, as well as cultural landmarks such as the Great Wall. The tour deepened their understanding of the nation's latest achievements in space technology, history and culture, and broadened their horizons.

On 15 September 2026, the two students shared their experiences with all teachers and students at the morning assembly, encouraging their peers to seize opportunities to learn beyond the classroom. Their sharing was warmly received.
