Mentorship Programme – Taking care of students’ needs

In response to the Catholic core values, the school implemented a ‘Mentorship Programme’ to establish a close relationship between teachers and students. With a 1 to 4/5 teacher and student ratio,

teachers can better understand the needs of our students and provide care and guidance. Mentor group gatherings were fun-filled and diverse. Some groups had a barbecue at school, others had parties or a tea gathering outside school. During the pandemic, mentors kept in touch with their mentees to provide support and assistance.

結伴同行計劃

回應天主教教育核心價值，我們推行了「結伴同行」計劃，以1對4或5的師生比例，進行小組分享交流活動，藉此建立良好的師生關係及校園關愛文化。師生懇談聚會模式多樣化，有聯歡會，有校內燒烤，也有校外茶聚。

疫情停課期間，老師仍時刻與每一名同學保持聯繫，以了解他們的生活和學習情況，並給予支援和協助。

期待復課後，師生可再次聚首一堂，共度愉快的時光。
